Yahiko catches the blade

in the last volume of Rurouni Kenshin it shows yahiko all grown up. he finds a couple goons harassing tsubame-chan and tells them to go away. one of the goons chops at yahiko with a sword and he catches it with his two fingers. the goons then know who he is and run off scared.
